WITHIN

Within - What an interesting word - it has so much wonder and mystique - When we look within there is an entire world to be seen - we can recall our dreams - failures - hopes - scars - lessons - pain - pleasure - heartache - joy - fear - love - the list can go on and on - Don’t be afraid of what you might find on your way down because at the core what you will find is God’s eternal light - pure love - the absolute truth - a peaceful calm and serenity - During my training in California with my mentor I learned that inside every human being is an entire Universe that mirrors the Universe in which we live - both are comprised of the same elements and both are limitless - deep within each of us are the answers to all of life’s questions - the journey thru all of the fear and pain we’ve accumulated throughout our lives are merely the lessons we needed to learn in order to find the answers to those questions - so have no fear - look deep within - you just might be pleasantly surprised with what you find.

Don’t we need ‘FAITH’ now more than ever?

Monday, January 18th, 2010

Faith - In this world Faith is an enormous word. Faith connects us to God - From Faith comes love, belief, hope, eternity and peace of mind. Without Faith it would be as if we were choosing to live life as if we were on a solo mission that had no purpose, no meaning. Faith keeps us moving and believing in something more - it inspires us - and hopefully helps us to strive to live with integrity, honor, honesty, and passion. It is our beacon of light that calls us - illuminating each of our paths as we search for the connectedness that we all innately desire. I have faith that no matter what everything will okay - no matter what - God, please bless the people of Haiti and give strength to all those people that are there helping.

Who’s ready to ELEVATE?

Monday, January 11th, 2010

Elevate - This word is a great representative for action - it tells us to rise up and reach for more. It reminds us to never be complacent.

It requires some effort to elevate your passions - your potential and your skills. Have pride and self-love and strive to elevate your consciousness - your vibration and your creativity. The mere sight of this word can inspire and motivate us to be all that we we’re intended to be which are beautiful, intelligent and powerful beings.

Can you ignite your ‘WARRIOR SPIRIT’?

Sunday, January 10th, 2010

The word warrior is defined by Webster as: a man engaged or experienced in warfare; a person engaged in some struggle or conflict - Well in my estimation, according to the second part of that definition most human beings must be warriors bc I don’t know anyone that hasn’t had some form of conflict or struggle in their lives.  In my opinion I think that the second part of that definition doesn’t really do the word justice. I think a warrior should be determined by the way they handle conflict and struggle - after all isn’t life for most of us a series of struggles and conflicts masterfully designed to help us learn, develop and/or evolve as human beings - it is within these events of our lives where the “warrior spirit” is spawned. Unfortunately many people crumble and fall when faced with adversity, but a true warrior can take on anything life throws at them and persevere, overcome and ultimately find a way to conquer all obstacles finding themselves victorious - I love people that never quit - never stop fighting - never stop dreaming - never stop reaching for the stars - To me that’s what a warrior is! So I’ll ask you again - Can you ignite your Warrior Spirit? I think you can!

What was your New Year’s RESOLUTION?

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

I’ve never been a big participant when it came to New Year’s resolutions - I’m not really sure why - I guess it’s due in part to the fact that I’ve never been much of a goal oriented person - I mostly do things spontaneously - taking things as they come or figuring it out as I go - I’ve found that this method or approach to life will only get you so far and I’m not completely satisfied with where I’ve been and where I am at this stage of my life - So with that said, I’ve decided that this year is going to be different - I’m going to try something new - I’ve decided to map out a new course of action - I want to see just how far a new system can take me - This resolution I’ll be embarking on is going to be a pretty tall order but I feel like I’m up for the challenge.

For over 8 years now I’ve been sharing my love for health and fitness with the hundreds of people that have walked through my doors here at The Power Center but I know there is so much more that I can and should be doing - I feel like I’ve got some awesome information to share and I haven’t done a fraction of what I could to get this information to the millions of people that can use a little help - So my resolution is to create a much bigger platform than just my small operation at The Power Center, making the ChiForce message much more accessible for others - especially those that don’t live in the Red Bank area - This platform will include a newsletter, books, video messages, DVD’s, and much more - So I better stop writing this blog now because I’ve got a lot of work to do.

Have a healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year!
