Personal Training
An hour-long session includes a dynamic warm-up followed by The Power Center’s resistance, functional, stability, and core training program. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and personal goals.
East Meets West Power Hour
This unique fitness training experience combines Eastern techniques with modern exercise principles. It focuses on improving both physical and mental strength, energy, focus, and cardiovascular function. This dynamic program was designed by owner John Nies and is available exclusively at The Power Center.
Sport Specific Training
Sports Specific training focuses on helping athletes improve all of the components that will enable them to elevate their game-time performance. Designed specifically for competitive athletes, this class focuses on mental acuity, physical agility, and injury prevention.
Warrior Training
The body is capable of enduring more physical work than the mind is willing to accept. Using a method rooted in the far east “mind-over-matter” philosophy, Warrior Training empowers the mind to transcend the body through rigorous training and self discipline. Martial Arts
Kyokushin Karate teaches participants to effectively use their hands, elbows, legs, and knees from within and outside the clinch for a complete and well-rounded self-defense and combative sport approach to fitness. A fun, interactive, and athletic training experience for children and adults.
Yoga
A 75 minute flowing Hatha Yoga experience designed to exercise body, mind, and spirit. Ideal for all types, from the athlete to the office worker; this class decreases stress while increasing mental focus, body awareness, cardiovascular endurance, and core strength. This class offers a workout session along with mental and physical restoration. All levels of experience are welcome.
ChiForce
Developed in accordance with The Seven Disciplines™ - ChiForce: The fusion of ancient Eastern health and wellness philosophies and cutting edge Western training techniques. This incomparable workout brings together deep breathing and meditation techniques, and encompasses challenging endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and agility trials with the goal of achieving mind mastery over the body’s perceived limitations.
